The Recorder Workshop Descant Recorder is an ideal choice for introducing pupils to music-making in primary and secondary classrooms. Designed for reliable performance, it supports students as they develop key skills in music curriculum areas such as notation, ensemble playing, and listening.

This instrument has surprisingly accurate intonation. It has an arched windway allowing for a clear, focused tone and excellent tuning. It certainly doesn't produce that shrill overblown sound that is so familiar with cheaper recorders!
