The Philip Harris SensorDisc Photogate is ideal for precise timing and speed measurements in physics lessons, supporting engaging experiments for secondary schools and colleges. Designed for use with the SensorDisc Datalogger (sold separately), it helps students investigate motion, free fall, and collisions with accuracy.

• Measures timing and speed using an infrared light beam

• Photogate rise/fall time: 1ms for fast response

• Maximum sampling speed: 1000 readings per second

• Gate width (detector-transmitter distance): 76.6mm

• Green LED indicator for clear status feedback

• Suitable for forces and motion investigations in physics

• Please Note: The SensorDisc Datalogger is sold separately
