Description
The Digital Boyle's Law Apparatus can be used to demonstrate the relationship between pressure and volume of gas.
It is capable of:
- Enclosing volumes of air
- Changing the volume and pressure of the air
- Measuring pressures and volume changes
The unit consists of a 29mm diameter graduated cylinder with a piston and a screw valve. The cylinder acts upon a manometer through a narrow passage of 60mm diameter. The manometer dual scale is from 0–4 x 10^5 Pa and 0–58 PSI with the needle set at atmospheric pressure.
- Mounted on durable metal base
- No external pump required
- Total height: 211mm
- Manometer dual scale is from 0-4 x 10^5Pa and 0-58 PSI with needle set at atmospheric pressure
- Requires 1.5 v AA battery for operation
